The monthly (all inclusive) Lease payments are $1,499 per month, including all property taxes and building insurance.
You will receive a $500 (per month) Lease Credit back at the end of the 12-month Lease to Own term! This is your forced savings plan that helps to build your deposit up, so at the end of the lease the bank will give you a mortgage.
